# Ciralgo

Ciralgo is an EU-hosted LLM proxy layer for European teams. Applications call
Ciralgo using the OpenAI or Anthropic SDK, and Ciralgo routes each request to
a provider inside the EU where possible. Ciralgo attributes cost to teams and
workflows, redacts PII at the proxy layer, keeps a full audit log, and
generates the evidence records the EU AI Act requires.

## What Ciralgo is not

Ciralgo does not certify EU AI Act compliance. The Act does not permit a
vendor to certify a customer. Ciralgo generates the evidence records the
Act requires; the customer's own risk assessment, human oversight, and
governance are outside Ciralgo's scope.

Ciralgo is not a model. It is a proxy layer that calls existing LLM
providers on your behalf.
