AI should work for everyone, safely

AI is too useful to lock behind risk teams, and too powerful to use without care. Making it accessible and safe at the same time is the whole job.

28 days paid time off

Plus public holidays. Plus a company-wide week off between Christmas and New Year that does not eat your leave.

Remote-friendly, EU-based

Work from anywhere in the EU. Come to Amsterdam for the quarterly on-sites, or work from the office whenever you want.

Home office budget

1,500 EUR to set up your remote workspace, plus a laptop of your choice and a phone plan we pay for.

Health & wellness

Comprehensive Dutch health cover for on-shore hires. Reimbursed private cover for EU-remote hires. Mental health support included.

Learning budget

1,000 EUR per year for books, courses, conferences, or subscriptions that make you better at your craft.

Real parental leave

16 weeks fully paid for the primary carer, 6 weeks for the secondary carer. No matter how long you have been here.

Quarterly on-sites

Three days together every quarter, somewhere in Europe. Product week, planning day, and one full day of doing nothing useful.

A real project scoped to a few hours of work, paid at your day rate. No brain teasers.

Week 2

Team interview

Half a day with the team you would join. We go through your take-home together and answer any questions.

Week 3

Offer

A written offer with salary, equity, and start date. We invite questions before you sign.
