Every product needs a contract. Ours is short, transparent, and non-adversarial. By using Ciralgo you agree to what you read below.
What you are agreeing to.
Four things happen the moment you sign up.

These terms and our Privacy Policy. Together they form the contract between you and Ciralgo B.V.

The fees for your plan. Listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Euros and inclusive of VAT where required.

Our acceptable use rules. The short version: use Ciralgo lawfully and do not harm others.

Dutch law and Amsterdam courts. Any dispute is governed by Dutch law and heard in the courts of Amsterdam.
Who can use Ciralgo.
Two straightforward requirements.
You are 18+
You must be at least eighteen years old to accept these terms. Under-18s can use Ciralgo only under a parent or guardian account.
You have authority to bind
If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your login. That responsibility comes with practical duties.
Keep your credentials secure
Use a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication. Do not share your credentials.
Notify us of compromise
If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us immediately at legal@ciralgo.com.
Activity under your account is yours
You are responsible for the actions taken through your account, whether by you or by anyone with access.
Acceptable use.
You can build almost anything with Ciralgo. These are the "almosts".
Ship real products
Build, prototype, and scale AI-powered features that help your users.
Ask us anything
Request features, report bugs, and share what would make Ciralgo better for you.
Use the API within your plan
Stay within your plan's usage limits. Upgrade when you outgrow them.
Break the law
Do not use Ciralgo to do anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others.
Reverse-engineer the service
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, extract source, or probe our systems.
Resell without permission
Do not white-label or resell Ciralgo access without a written reseller agreement.
Fees and payment.
No surprises. Fees are visible on the pricing page.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Monthly or annual, at the price shown at signup.

Prices can change with 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email and can cancel before the change takes effect.

Refunds are limited. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
Termination.
Either side can end this relationship. Neither side loses their rights.
Warranties and liability.
The standard legal position. Read it carefully.
Service "as is"
We provide Ciralgo without any implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability cap
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
No consequential damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute is heard in the competent courts of Amsterdam. Where mandatory law protects a consumer's forum-selection rights, that mandatory law applies.
